SAP Business One has 2 main types of users. There are Professional Users and Limited Users. Professional Users have access to a wide range of functionality and are generally managers or power users on the system. Limited Users have more specific areas of access, like accounting, sales, or logistics. In either case, just because you can have access to those areas, doesn’t mean you do have access. Each role, or group of roles, is defined by your administrator and can be limited or even eliminated at the screen and field level.
